Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sr. Engineer – Projects (MEP) to supervise and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works at construction sites. The ideal candidate will have hands-on site experience, strong technical knowledge of MEP systems, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely project completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor MEP installation works at project sites.
- Ensure compliance with fire protection systems, codes, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and project teams for smooth execution of MEP works.
- Review and verify MEP drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
- Plan and monitor project schedules, manpower, and material resources.
- Conduct site inspections, troubleshooting, and quality checks to maintain project standards.
- Support preparation of site reports, documentation, and as-built drawings.
- Handle client and consultant inspections at project sites.
- Assist with billing processes and certification of completed works.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and construction site operations.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to solve site-related technical issues effectively.
- Experience working on commercial, industrial, or high-rise building projects.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD or Revit (preferred).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹1,900,758.24 per year
