Location: Kamareddy, Hyderabad Telangana (Base location)
Role Type: Full-time / Site-based
Salary: ₹4-6 LPA CTC
Travel: Required (Multiple project sites)
About the Role
We are a Infrastructure Company KamalaInfra provider looking for a Civil Site Engineer / Contractor to manage and execute construction activities for Residential and School development. The role involves working across multiple project sites and ensuring smooth execution from pre-construction to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle site execution for infrastructure projects
- Manage pre-site planning & preparation
- Supervise civil construction activities (foundations, structures, layouts)
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams
- Ensure timely project completion and quality standards
- Handle multiple sites simultaneously
- Provide on-site problem solving & technical direction
Requirements
- Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- 1–2 years of site experience (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of construction practices & site management
- Willingness to travel frequently
- Ability to handle multiple projects independently
- Good communication & coordination skills
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Experience in construction
- Exposure to project management & vendor handling

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
