We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer to support, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair AJAX Self Loading Concrete Mixer Machines. The candidate will be responsible for providing on-site technical service, ensuring machine uptime, and delivering excellent customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform installation, inspection, servicing, and maintenance of AJAX Self Loading Concrete Mixer Machines.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic faults.
- Attend customer breakdown calls and ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and machine health checks.
- Prepare service reports and maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with customers and the service team to ensure high service standards.
- Recommend spare parts and maintenance requirements to customers.
- Follow company safety procedures and technical guidelines.
Requirements
- Diploma / ITI / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Automobile, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
- Experience in construction equipment, heavy machinery, or similar industries preferred.
- Knowledge of hydraulics, electrical systems, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations daily.
- Valid driving license preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
