About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources team across Talent Acquisition and HR Operations. This role offers hands-on exposure to the end-to-end recruitment process, employee engagement initiatives, documentation, and day-to-day HR activities.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and grow in the HR domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and professional networks to support ongoing hiring requirements.
- Screen candidate profiles and conduct initial telephonic assessments to evaluate qualifications, experience, communication skills, and role suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, manage interview calendars, collect feedback, and ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Support employee management activities by acting as a point of contact for employee queries, assisting with employee engagement initiatives, conducting employee follow-ups, and helping maintain positive employee relations.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including hiring managers, department heads, employees, candidates, and leadership teams, to ensure smooth communication and timely execution of HR processes.
- Maintain and manage all HR-related documentation, including employee records, offer letters, appointment letters, onboarding documents, probation records, confirmation letters, warning letters, experience letters, relieving letters, and other employment-related documentation while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, employee lifecycle management, attendance and leave tracking, probation monitoring, HR data management, compliance documentation, reporting, and exit formalities.
- Maintain HR trackers, recruitment databases, employee records, and MIS reports while ensuring that all information is updated, organized, and readily accessible when required.
- Support the implementation of HR policies, processes, and best practices while ensuring adherence to organizational standards and procedures.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the HR team and assist in various people-related initiatives and special projects as assigned.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
