Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting the right vehicle, achieving monthly sales targets, and providing an excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Hyundai vehicles.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and available offers.
- Arrange and coordinate test drives.
- Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, phone calls, field visits, and digital platforms.
- Follow up with prospective customers until the sale is closed.
- Achieve individual monthly sales targets and dealership objectives.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the finance, insurance, and registration teams for smooth vehicle delivery.
- Ensure timely delivery of vehicles and complete all required documentation.
- Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on Hyundai products, promotions, and competitor activities.
Eligibility
- Minimum qualification: PUC / Diploma / Graduate.
- 0–3 years of experience in automobile sales or any sales role.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license is preferred.
Skills Required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service orientation.
- Negotiation and sales closing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).
- Ability to work under sales targets.

Working Hours

Pay: ₹10,384.83 - ₹20,000.00 per month
