Roles and Responsibilities
Academic Responsibilities
- Teach middle school classes as per CBSE / State Board curriculum
- Lesson planning, assessments & academic record maintenance
- Ensure strong subject delivery & student engagement
Discipline & Classroom Management
- Maintain strict classroom discipline
- Monitor student behavior & academic seriousness
- Ensure a positive, respectful learning environment
Residential & Evening Prep Duties
- Supervise evening preparation (approx. 2 hours daily)
- Maintain silence, discipline & academic focus during prep time
- Support students with doubt-solving during prep sessions
Student Mentoring
- Guide students academically & morally
- Encourage good habits, punctuality & responsibility
- Coordinate with wardens for student discipline
Campus & Team Responsibilities
- Participate in school events, meetings & activities
- Support overall campus discipline & residential routines
- Coordinate with Academic Head & Management
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
