Position: Sales Executive ( inbound sales )
Experience Required: Minimum 6 months (must include experience in both Inbound Sales and Field Sales)
Location: Electronic city phase - 2, Bengaluru.
Job Description:
Gold Coins Club and Resort is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting inbound inquiries, and actively pursuing field sales opportunities to drive membership and resort bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings/memberships
- Conduct field visits to meet prospective clients and generate new business
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and corporate partners
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation activities
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales pipeline
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in sales (Inbound + Field Sales combination mandatory)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Two-wheeler/own vehicle preferred for field visits (if applicable)
- Prior experience in hospitality, resorts, timeshare, or membership sales is a plus
- Good local language proficiency + English/Hindi
