Location: Mohali Phase 1 (Near Franco Hotel)
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls
- Counsel students and clients regarding study/work visa options
- Follow up with leads and maintain client records
- Explain visa processes and documentation requirements
- Coordinate with the visa processing team
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi, Punjabi & basic English
- Basic computer knowledge
- Experience in telecalling or counselling preferred
- Positive attitude and convincing skills
