Position Title : Nursing Head
Job Summary
The Nursing Superintendent is responsible for overseeing and managing all nursing staff and nursing operations within the hospital. The role ensures smooth and flawless workflow in patient care services, coordinates meetings, supervises staff performance, and organizes training and development programs to maintain high standards of healthcare delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage all nursing staff across departments.
- Ensure smooth and flawless workflow in nursing operations and patient care services.
- Monitor nursing practices to maintain quality, safety, and compliance with hospital policies.
- Conduct regular meetings with nursing teams and coordinate with doctors, department heads, and hospital management.
- Prepare duty rosters, allocate manpower, and ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Train, mentor, and guide nursing staff to improve clinical skills and professional standards.
- Organize orientation and continuous training programs for new and existing staff.
- Handle staff grievances, discipline, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and maintenance of nursing records.
- Monitor infection control practices and patient safety protocols.
- Participate in hospital quality improvement initiatives and audits.
- Support emergency preparedness and crisis management activities.
Required Qualifications
- B.Sc Nursing / M.Sc Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Registered Nurse and Registered Midwife (RN/RM).
- Minimum 5–10 years of nursing experience, including supervisory or administrative roles.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
