Job Title: Indoor Sales Executive
Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Indoor Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, promoting products/services, generating sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships through phone calls, emails, and online communication.
Responsibilities:
Contact potential and existing customers to explain products or services.
Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales.
Follow up with customers and maintain relationships.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
Maintain sales records and prepare reports.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Prior sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass/Graduate.
