About the Role
Fabpad is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented E-commerce Fulfillment & Inventory Executive to manage day-to-day order fulfillment, inventory handling, packing, dispatch, and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will ensure customer orders are processed accurately and shipped on time while maintaining high inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Order Fulfillment
- Pick products accurately based on customer orders from Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, and other sales channels.
- Verify product SKU, quantity, size, and variant before packing.
- Ensure all orders are processed and dispatched within the required timelines.
Packaging & Dispatch
- Pack products securely according to Fabpad's packaging standards.
- Print and attach shipping labels.
- Coordinate with courier partners for daily pickups.
- Ensure timely handover of all dispatched shipments.
Inventory Management
- Receive and organize incoming inventory.
- Maintain accurate stock records.
- Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits.
- Report stock discrepancies, damages, or shortages.
Warehouse Operations
- Keep warehouse shelves and storage areas organized.
- Ensure products are stored systematically for efficient picking.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the warehouse.
Returns & Quality Checks
- Process customer returns and exchanges.
- Inspect returned products for quality and usability.
- Update inventory records for returned items.
- Perform quality checks before dispatch to minimize fulfillment errors.
System & Documentation
- Update order status and inventory records in Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and warehouse management systems.
- Maintain dispatch logs, stock reports, and inventory records.
- Generate shipping labels and invoices as required.
Skills & Requirements
Essential
- Basic computer skills (Excel, email, inventory software).
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to lift and move cartons/packages when required.
Preferred
- Experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shiprocket, or similar platforms.
- Prior experience in e-commerce fulfillment, warehouse operations, or inventory management.
Education
- 10th Pass / 12th Pass / Graduate.
