- Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies Sprint Planning Daily Stand ups Sprint Reviews Retrospectives and ensure they are purposeful and time boxed
- Act as a servant leader and coach for one or more Scrum teams promoting Agile values principles and best practices
- Collaborate with Product Owners to refine and prioritize the product backlog ensuring clarity of requirements and alignment with business goals
- Identify track and remove impediments to protect the team s focus and maintain steady delivery flow
- Monitor and report on team performance using Agile metrics velocity burndown throughput and drive data informed improvements
- Coordinate with other teams and stakeholders to manage dependencies and ensure smooth cross team collaboration
- Support adoption and continuous improvement of Agile SAFe practices across the team or program level
- Facilitate effective communication conflict resolution and decision making within the team and with stakeholders
- Encourage a culture of continuous learning experimentation and feedback to enhance team maturity and delivery quality

- Knowledge of agile methodologies
- Understanding of Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects

- Basics of business domain to understand the business requirements

- Ability to demonstrate a sound understanding of software quality assurance principles SOLID design principles and modelling methods
