Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Digital Marketing Mentor to train, mentor, and guide aspiring digital marketing professionals on both core strategies and AI-integrated workflows, while supporting live client projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in digital marketing, hands-on fluency with AI marketing tools, excellent communication skills, and the ability to simplify complex concepts through practical, project-based learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive training on core digital marketing concepts, advanced strategies, and AI-driven workflows.
- Mentor freshers and junior marketers through structured, hands-on learning programs.
- Design and update training materials, assignments, case studies, and practical exercises — including AI tool use-cases and prompt-based exercises.
- Conduct classroom sessions, workshops, webinars, and one-on-one mentoring.
- Train candidates on real-time projects, applying AI tools alongside manual skills for efficiency and quality.
- Guide learners in developing SEO, Social Media Marketing, Performance Marketing, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, and Analytics skills — and how AI enhances each.
- Evaluate trainee performance through assessments, projects, and feedback sessions.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, AI tools and prompt engineering practices, Google updates, and emerging technologies.
- Assist the marketing team in planning and executing campaigns when required.
- Monitor trainee progress and provide career guidance and improvement plans.
- Coordinate with HR and management to ensure effective training delivery.
- Encourage innovation, creativity, and continuous learning among trainees.

- Basic prompt engineering for consistent, on-brand AI outputs
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Leadership and mentoring abilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- Digital Marketing certifications from Google, Meta, HubSpot, SEMrush, or equivalent preferred.
- 4–6+ years of hands-on Digital Marketing experience.
- Prior training, mentoring, or teaching experience are highly preferred.
