Job Description:
We are looking for an International Client Communication Executive to handle professional email communication with global buyers. The candidate will manage buyer follow-ups, send product details, take order updates, and support the export sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with international buyers by email
- Send product and company details
- Follow up for inquiries and purchase requirements
- Update buyer response status in Excel
- Coordinate with sales team for quotation and order status
- Maintain professional communication records
Skills Required:
English writing, email handling, MS Excel, communication skills, basic export knowledge preferred.
