Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Executive with hands-on expertise in Shopify and marketplace operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day e-commerce activities, including product listing, order processing, inventory management, and website maintenance to ensure seamless online business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update products, collections, pricing, and inventory on Shopify.
- Handle end-to-end order processing, fulfillment, and dispatch coordination.
- Monitor and process orders through Shopify and other e-commerce tools.
- Create, upload, and optimize product listings with accurate descriptions, specifications, and images.
- Manage inventory reconciliation and stock updates across platforms.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor website performance and ensure product information is up to date.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.
- Handle product categorization, tagging, and collection management on Shopify.
- Resolve order-related issues, cancellations, returns, and customer queries.
- Support promotional campaigns, discounts, and website updates.
- Ensure smooth integration between Shopify, OMS, ERP, and marketplace platforms.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Shopify Admin Panel.
- Experience in product listing, catalog management, and inventory management.
- Knowledge of order processing and fulfillment workflows.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Management).
- Understanding of e-commerce operations and customer lifecycle.
- Experience with OMS, ERP, or inventory management systems is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in E-commerce Operations.
Preferred Industry
- Fashion, Apparel, Lifestyle, Retail, or D2C Brands.
