Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller with excellent communication skills in English. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales-related roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain company products and services effectively.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments when required.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain records of calls and customer interactions.
- Follow up with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Telecaller, Customer Support Executive, or similar role.
- Fluent English communication skills (spoken).
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Positive attitude and professional behavior.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
