- Sanitation & Cleaning: Washing dishes, utensils, equipment; sanitizing surfaces; managing waste/recycling; keeping all operational areas clean and safe.
- Support & Setup: Setting up/breaking down dining areas, stocking side stations (cutlery, napkins, condiments), assisting kitchen staff with prep (salads, desserts), and organizing supplies.
- Customer Service: Greeting guests, refilling drinks, presenting menus, clearing tables, and answering basic queries, enhancing guest experience.
- Inventory & Operations: Monitoring supplies, reporting shortages, conducting physical inventory checks (crockery, linen), and ensuring smooth workflow.
- Safety & Compliance: Adhering to health, safety, and environmental (EHS) regulations; wearing PPE; reporting hazards.
