Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp, IndiaMART, and other lead platforms.
- Understand customer requirements related to hydraulic products and industrial applications.
- Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and basic sales documents.
- Follow up with customers for quotations, pricing, technical clarification, purchase orders, payments, and dispatch status.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, production team, and dispatch team for pricing, availability, lead time, and delivery updates.
- Maintain proper records of inquiries, quotations, follow-ups, purchase orders, and customer communication.
- Support the sales team in converting inquiries into orders.
- Build and maintain good relationships with existing and new customers.
- Provide customers with product information, pricing, delivery timelines, and basic technical support.
- Follow up for pending payments and required documents when necessary.
- Update management regarding daily inquiries, follow-ups, order status, and pending matters.
- Ensure timely and professional communication with customers.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in Hindi, Gujarati, and basic English.
- Basic computer knowledge including MS Excel, Word, email, and internet usage.
- Ability to prepare quotations and maintain customer records.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Basic understanding of industrial products will be preferred.
- Knowledge of hydraulic products such as cylinders, pumps, valves, power packs, hoses, fittings, seals, etc. will be an added advantage.
- Ability to handle customers politely and professionally.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and target-oriented mindset.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
