Key Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and maintain all gardens, lawns, landscapes, and green areas of the campus.
- Supervise planting, watering, pruning, fertilizing, and pest-control activities.
- Ensure proper maintenance of trees, shrubs, flower beds, and indoor plants.
- Monitor the health of plants and recommend corrective measures when required.
- Manage gardening staff and allocate daily work responsibilities.
- Maintain inventory of gardening tools, equipment, fertilizers, seeds, and pesticides.
- Ensure efficient use of water and implement sustainable gardening practices.
- Coordinate seasonal plantation drives and campus beautification projects.
- Maintain cleanliness and aesthetics of all outdoor green spaces.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations while handling chemicals and equipment.
- Prepare reports on landscaping activities, plant requirements, and maintenance schedules.
- Support school events by ensuring gardens and outdoor areas are well maintained.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, Botany, or related field.
- Relevant experience in horticulture, landscaping, or garden management.
- Knowledge of plant care, irrigation systems, fertilizers, and pest management.

Pay: ₹10,732.64 - ₹39,940.57 per month
