Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring the smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and delivering timely solutions to maintain system reliability and performance in a dynamic business environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ivalua technical SME, extensive client collaboration and lead end-to-end Ivalua SI implementation and AMS programs.
- Provide solution architecture expertise to client problems that apply across Source-to-Pay processes of Ivalua modules.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development best practices and coding standards to maintain high-quality deliverables.
- Mentor and support team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of custom software solutions. Coordinate with global onsite-offshore delivery teams.
- Manage risks, escalations, and dependency resolution.
- Actively engage in solution design, build, testing, cutover, hypercare, and transition to support.
- Ensure compliance with delivery standards and PMO governance.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Ivalua. Ivalua Delivery/Implementation Certification - L1/L2/L3.
- Strong experience in software architecture principles and design patterns relevant to custom software development.
- Experience in managing and leading software development teams through complex project lifecycles.
- Ability to analyze and resolve technical challenges that impact multiple teams and projects.
- Familiarity with performance optimization techniques and scalability considerations in software solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong expertise in S2P/P2P processes.
- Deep expertise of integrations, middleware, APIs, ETLs and ERP ecosystems.
- 9+ years in enterprise application delivery.
- 4+ years in Ivalua program delivery.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Ivalua.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
