- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital & offline)
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels
- Coordinate with creative, media, and PR agencies
- Lead and manage the marketing team and day-to-day activities
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives (social media, performance marketing, SEO/SEM)
- Manage and optimize CRM and customer engagement strategies
- Analyze campaign performance, market trends & competitor insights
- Prepare MIS reports and performance dashboards
- Plan and control marketing budgets and track ROI
- Collaborate with internal teams for aligned business objectives
- 5–10+ years of experience in Marketing (hospitality preferred)
- Strong exposure to digital marketing, branding & campaign execution
- Proven ability to manage agencies and cross-functional teams
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
