Job Description
PEXA Car Care is looking for a Sales Manager / Sales Lead to head our Doorstep Car Wash lead closing team.
This role focuses on converting inbound leads into confirmed service orders and leading a team of sales executives to improve conversion and reduce cancellations.
This is an inside sales leadership role (no field sales).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and close inbound leads generated by marketing campaigns
- Lead and monitor a team of sales/CSA executives
- Ensure accurate order confirmation (service type, location, schedule)
- Drive daily and monthly conversion targets
- Coordinate closely with operations to ensure smooth execution
- Reduce sales-related cancellations through correct customer communication
- Maintain CRM/app data accuracy and follow sales processes
- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching
Key Skills Required
- Strong lead-closing and customer communication skills
- Team handling and performance management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, service-based environment
- Basic CRM / call management system knowledge
- Problem-solving and coordination skills
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in inside sales, telesales, or service sales
- Background in doorstep services, hyperlocal, or on-demand businesses preferred
- Comfortable working with targets and operational coordination
