How you'll make an impact

Work with product and development teams to understand user needs and translate them into intuitive and effective design solutions.

Create user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes to demonstrate design concepts.

Conduct usability tests and gather feedback to refine and improve designs.

Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.

Participate in user research and analysis to validate design assumptions and improve the user experience.

Maintain design systems and ensure consistency across product interfaces.

Present design ideas and solutions to stakeholders and work iteratively based on feedback.

Stay current with UX design best practices and emerging tools.
About you

Experience: 3+ years (Recommended to have Bachelor’s in Engineering/Master of Computer Applications/Master of Computer Science/ BCA / BSC or related certifications)

Strong understanding of user experience design principles, wireframing, and prototyping.

Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for seamless design-development handoff.

Experience with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

Good aptitude in critical thinking and creative problem-solving.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Desire to learn new design tools, techniques, and skills.

Strong listening skills and ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.

Knowledge of usability testing and user research techniques is a plus.
