Job Description
Radnus Communication is hiring an experienced Mobile Service Technician to join our service team. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of hands-on experience in diagnosing and repairing smartphones. The candidate must be capable of delivering high-quality repair services while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues in Android and iPhone devices.
- Replace damaged components such as displays, batteries, charging ports, speakers, microphones, cameras, and other mobile parts.
- Perform software flashing, updates, unlocking, and troubleshooting.
- Conduct thorough testing of repaired devices to ensure quality and functionality.
- Maintain accurate service records and repair documentation.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and provide repair recommendations.
- Ensure repairs are completed within the committed turnaround time.
- Follow company quality standards and safety procedures.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience as a Mobile Service Technician.
- Good knowledge of Android and iPhone hardware and software repairs.
- Hands-on experience in component replacement and troubleshooting.
- Basic motherboard-level diagnosis and soldering skills are an added advantage.
- Strong technical, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Good communication and customer handling abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
