Job Responsibilities : Production & Packing Operations
- Oversee day-to-day packaging operations for formulation products.
- Ensure smooth execution of packing activities as per production planning.
- Operate and supervise blister packing and related packing machines.
- Ensure proper line setup, changeover, and machine operation during packing activities.
- Monitor packing activities to achieve production targets within timelines.
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements during all packing activities.
- Maintain proper batch packing records and documentation accuracy.
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance (QA) for line clearance and in-process checks.
- Ensure packaging processes meet required quality standards.
- Participate in internal and external audits and implement corrective actions for audit observations.
Team Management
- Lead, guide, and supervise packing operators and workers.
- Provide training on GMP, SOPs, safety practices, and packing procedures.
- Monitor manpower utilization and maintain discipline in the department.
- Conduct performance evaluations of packing personnel.
Equipment & Material Management
- Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of blister packing machines and related equipment.
- Coordinate with Engineering and Maintenance departments for machine breakdowns and preventive maintenance.
- Monitor availability and consumption of packaging materials.
- Raise material requisitions and coordinate with stores/procurement as required.
Safety & Housekeeping
- Implement and enforce safety guidelines in the packing area.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and maintain a clean work environment.
- Follow EHS and safety procedures during all packing operations.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify process improvement opportunities for productivity enhancement and wastage reduction.
Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices in packing operations
Candidate Requirement:
- Must have experience in a Pharmaceutical Formulation Plant.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
