Manager - Robotic Welding
- To lead and manage robotic welding operations in a heavy fabrication manufacturing environment. Candidate should have strong expertise in robotic welding, welding process optimization, fixture development, automation projects, and team management.
- Oversee daily robotic welding activities to meet production schedules, monitor cycle times, and maximize machine utilization. Develop, simulate, and optimize robot welding programs for various materials, minimizing defects and reducing rework
- Lead the design, modification, and evaluation of welding fixtures to ensure repeatability and accuracy. Support new product development (NPD) and process validation.
- Ensure compliance with welding standards
- Supervise, train, and mentor welding technicians and operators
- 5 to 10+ years in robotic welding process and programming from heavy fabrication industry
