Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Manager in daily operational activities.
- Supervise and guide team members during shifts.
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and discipline.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues quickly.
- Prepare daily reports and maintain department records.
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations.
- Support recruitment, training, and staff development activities.
- Ensure company policies and safety standards are followed.
- Maintain stock/inventory and control operational costs.
- Conduct team briefings and motivate employees.
Qualification
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Experience in hospitality/operations preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
