Job Title: Senior Salon Manager
Experience: 6–10 Years
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Senior Salon Manager to oversee daily salon operations, lead and mentor the team, ensure exceptional guest experiences, drive revenue growth, sales target and maintain the highest standards of service and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day salon operations and team performance.
- Drive sales, retail targets, and business growth.
- Ensure outstanding customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor staff productivity, grooming, attendance, and training.
- Handle inventory, cash management, and operational compliance.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and maintain service quality.
Requirements:
- 6–10 years of experience in the salon, luxury retail, hospitality, or wellness industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales and operational targets.
- Proficiency in salon management software and MS Office is preferred.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
