Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and well-organized Personal Assistant (PA) to support senior management in daily administrative and office tasks. The candidate should be proactive, professional, and able to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily schedules, meetings, and appointments.
- Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Prepare reports, documents, and presentations.
- Maintain files, records, and confidential documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external clients.
- Arrange travel, meetings, and office events if required.
- Assist management in day-to-day administrative work.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant (preferred).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
