We're seeking a highly skilled Technical & NPD (New Product Development) Assistant Manager to drive continuous process improvements for existing copper chemical products and lead new product development from concept to commercialization. This hands-on role involves chemistry, lab/pilot trials, manufacturing scale-up, and ensuring product stability. You'll collaborate with production, QC, and external experts for successful launches. A strong academic background and relevant work experience exclusively in inorganic chemicals, preferably copper chemicals, are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
· Process Improvement: Identify and implement continuous improvements for existing copper chemical manufacturing processes to boost efficiency, cut costs, enhance quality, and ensure safety. Troubleshoot production issues.
· New Product Development (NPD): Lead the entire NPD pipeline for new copper chemicals, from research and lab trials to pilot, manufacturing scale-up, and commercialization. Develop processes & specifications, and manage documentation.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Production for technology transfer and scale-up. Partner with Quality Control (QC) on analytical methods and quality. Engage external experts to accelerate development.
· Compliance & Safety: Ensure all new products and processes meet relevant industry standards, safety, and environmental regulations.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
