Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an E-commerce Manager based in Nagercoil. The E-commerce Manager will oversee and manage online store operations, analyze sales data, and develop marketing campaigns to boost online visibility and sales. Key responsibilities include managing inventory, ensuring a seamless online shopping experience, communicating with customers, optimizing product listings, and coordinating with the sales team to align e-commerce strategies with our company goals. Regular reporting on performance metrics and contributing to improvements in digital marketing strategies are also part of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in E-commerce and Marketing strategies
- Excellent Communication and Sales skills to effectively engage with customers and the team
- Proficient Analytical Skills to analyze data and optimize the online store for improved performance
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to identify growth opportunities within the e-commerce space
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Prior experience in e-commerce or digital marketing is highly desirable
