Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costs Role Summary The Hiring & Onboarding Support Associate provides administrative and coordination support across the end-to-end hiring and onboarding lifecycle for a US-based client. This role ensures a seamless candidate and new hire experience by partnering closely with recruiters, HR business partners, and hiring managers to execute timely, compliant, and high-quality hiring and onboarding activities. Administer onboarding of new employees including all onboarding activities like orientation registration, completion of background check, creation of SAP record, etc.
What are we looking for? Key Responsibilities Hiring Support Coordinate interview scheduling across multiple time zones, including phone, video, and on-site interviews Post and maintain job requisitions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure accuracy of job postings across platforms Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and a positive experience Initiate and track pre-employment screening activities including background checks, drug testing, and reference checks Support offer letter generation and distribution in accordance with client templates and approval workflows Maintain accurate requisition and candidate data in the ATS; run standard recruiting reports as needed Liaise between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers to resolve scheduling conflicts or documentation gaps Onboarding Support Initiate and manage new hire onboarding workflows in the HRIS, ensuring all steps are completed on time Collect, review, and process new hire documentation including I-9 verification, tax forms, and direct deposit elections Coordinate Day 1 readiness activities including system access requests, equipment provisioning, and workspace setup in partnership with IT and facilities Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires during the pre-boarding period, answering questions and providing guidance on next steps Track completion of onboarding tasks and follow up with new hires, managers, and internal teams on outstanding items Support new hire orientation logistics including scheduling, materials preparation, and system enrollment Maintain accurate onboarding records and escalate issues or delays to the appropriate HR or operations team
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines • Your expected interactions are within your own team and direct supervisor • You will be provided detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments • The decisions that you make would impact your own work • You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
