Job Role: Inbound Telesales Executive
Location: Electronic City Phase II - Bengaluru.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls/enquiries and convert leads into sales
- Explain resort membership plans, packages, and offers clearly to prospective customers
- Build rapport with customers and understand their requirements
- Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records of calls and conversions
- Meet daily/monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with the sales team and reporting manager for smooth closures
Candidate Requirements
- Fluent in English (mandatory)
- Working/average proficiency in Kannada
- Freshers welcome; minimum 6 months of experience in tele-sales preferred
- Good communication and persuasion skills
- Confident, target-driven, and customer-friendly attitude
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Direct Take-Home)
