The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in pre-primary or early childhood education and must be passionate about nurturing young learners in a positive and engaging environment. The role requires planning and delivering age-appropriate lessons, creating a safe and stimulating classroom atmosphere, effectively managing children with patience and empathy, and supporting their overall social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. The candidate should be soft-spoken, highly committed, active, and enthusiastic, with excellent communication and strong classroom management skills. The position follows a Monday to Friday schedule with weekends off. Salary will be offered based on qualifications, experience, and designation.
