Technical Delivery Manager – Oracle HCM & Oracle Recruiting Cloud (OCR)

About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Technical Delivery Manager to lead the technical delivery, operations, and roadmap for our global Oracle HCM Cloud environment, with a strong focus on Oracle Recruiting Cloud (OCR) and Redwood UX . This role will lead a small team of Oracle specialists and works closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, and IT leaders to deliver a stable, secure, and modern HR technology platform.

What You’ll Do
Lead & Deliver
- Manage and mentor a team of Oracle HCM/OCR technical experts.
- Own the technical delivery roadmap, platform enhancements, and release execution.
- Govern quarterly Oracle Cloud updates to ensure stability and high-quality delivery.
Drive Technical Excellence
- Serve as the go-to expert for Oracle Recruiting Cloud (end-to-end recruiting lifecycle).
- Lead Redwood UX adoption, VBCS extensions, and experience modernization.
- Oversee integrations (OIC, REST APIs, HCM Extracts), reporting, and data quality.
Run SaaS Operations
- Manage incident, problem, and change management processes.
- Ensure platform reliability, system performance, and strong operational controls.
- Partner with InfoSec on RBAC, reviews, and compliance (SOX, GDPR, etc.).
Partner & Influence
- Collaborate with HR and Talent stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party HR tech integrations.
- Communicate roadmap progress, risks, and platform health to leadership.
What You Bring
- 8–12+ years of hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud experience.
- Strong leadership experience in HR SaaS or enterprise applications.
- Deep expertise in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (OCR) .
- Solid experience with Redwood UX and VBCS.
- Proficiency in OIC, REST/SOAP integrations, HCM Extracts, OTBI, BI Publisher, HDL.
- Experience in HCM Security (roles, data security, access control)
- Expertise with Workflow & Approvals design and optimization
- Strong knowledge of SaaS operations , release management, Agile delivery.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management.
