Ovenfresh is a renowned name in Mumbai’s food & beverage industry, known for quality, consistency, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Our Dadar outlet is expanding, and we are looking for a passionate, energetic, and service-oriented Barista to join our growing team.
Job Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take beverage orders accurately
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages as per company standards
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, and brewing equipment efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstation, equipment, and utensils
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of all drinks
- Monitor stock levels and replenish ingredients when needed
- Handle billing and POS operations (if required)
- Assist in training junior staff or new joiners
- Follow health & safety guidelines and company policies
- Handle customer queries or complaints professionally
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience as a Barista or in a café/restaurant
- Passion for coffee and customer service
- Basic knowledge of coffee types, brewing methods, and latte art (preferred)
- Good communication skills.
- Well-groomed and presentable personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with rotational shifts, including weekends
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
