We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead and manage our software product sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, sales management experience, and the ability to drive business growth through team performance, client handling, and sales strategy execution.
The BDM will be responsible for monitoring sales activities, supporting the team in sales closing, improving conversion rates, and ensuring each employee achieves their minimum sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:Sales Team Management
- Manage and monitor daily activities of the sales team
- Assign and track individual sales targets
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions
- Motivate the team to achieve higher sales performance
- Improve team productivity and conversion rates
Sales & Business Development
- Drive software product sales and business growth
- Support sales executives in lead handling and closing deals
- Develop sales strategies to improve revenue generation
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Handle important client meetings, negotiations, and presentations
- Identify new business opportunities and market expansion possibilities
Performance Monitoring
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
- Analyze lead conversion ratios and team performance
- Ensure proper follow-up for all leads and inquiries
- Reduce lead leakage and improve sales process efficiency
- Ensure minimum target achievement for every sales employee
Coordination & Strategy
- Coordinate with marketing and support teams for smooth operations
- Collect customer and market feedback for product improvements
- Suggest workflow enhancements and sales process improvements
- Maintain proper CRM updates and reporting systems
Requirements:
- Proven experience in software product sales or SaaS sales
- Experience in managing sales teams and achieving targets
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to handle client discussions and negotiations
- Knowledge of CRM and sales management tools
- Strong problem-solving and team management skills
- Target-oriented and performance-driven mindset
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in ERP, CRM, SaaS, or business software sales
- Ability to train and mentor sales teams
- Strong presentation and business communication skills
- Experience in B2B sales will be an added advantage
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
