Job Summary
Laxmi Infra Venture Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman to prepare accurate technical drawings and construction plans for residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of drafting software, construction standards, and the ability to work closely with architects, engineers, and project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed architectural, structural, and construction drawings.
- Develop working drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings as required.
- Modify and revise drawings based on project requirements and design changes.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and site teams to ensure drawing accuracy.
- Ensure all drawings comply with applicable building codes, standards, and company guidelines.
- Maintain proper documentation and version control of all drawings.
- Review technical specifications and incorporate required details into drawings.
- Support project execution by providing timely drawing updates.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
- Knowledge of construction drawings and detailing.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Understanding of architectural and structural drafting standards.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Qualification
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Drafting, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience as a Draftsman in the construction, infrastructure, or real estate industry.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
