Job Responsibilities
1. Travel Sales & Package Promotion
- Promote and sell international holiday packages, hotel bookings, flights, and travel services.
- Help customers choose the best travel options based on their budget and preferences.
- Provide suitable travel solutions and achieve sales goals.
2. Customer Support & Travel Planning
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide travel information.
- Create customized travel plans and itineraries according to customer needs.
- Guide clients with destination recommendations and travel advice.
3. Booking & Documentation
- Handle flight bookings, hotel reservations, and tour arrangements.
- Prepare travel documents such as tickets, vouchers, visas, and itineraries.
- Ensure all bookings and documents are completed accurately and on time.
4. Travel Partner Coordination
- Work with hotels, airlines, transport companies, and other travel partners.
- Secure the best available rates and travel options for customers.
- Maintain professional relationships with suppliers and service providers.
5. Customer Service & Administration
- Support customers before, during, and after their trip.
- Resolve travel-related issues and customer concerns professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and invoices.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry.
- Basic knowledge of international destinations, travel products, and services.
- Good communication, sales, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible hours when required.
Salary
- Expected CTC: ₹4–5 Lakhs per annum + Performance Incentives
