Job Summary
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead onshore and offshore teams in the design, development, and deployment of Microsoft Copilot and Agent-based AI solutions.
Own project deliverables including solution designs, architecture documents, status reports, test plans, and deployment documentation.
Establish and promote best practices for Copilot, AI governance, security, prompt engineering, and solution delivery.
Create and review technical specifications, agent architectures, integration designs, and solution blueprints.
Organise, review, and approve effort estimates for Copilot and AI solution implementations.
Design and configure Microsoft Copilot Studio solutions to meet customer business requirements.
Build and deploy intelligent Copilot Agents leveraging enterprise knowledge sources and data repositories.
Design and develop integrations between Copilot Agents and Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure Services, and external business applications.
Develop functional and technical specifications for client engagements.
Facilitate discovery workshops, AI ideation sessions, and architecture reviews with business stakeholders.
Assess customer business processes and identify opportunities for automation, AI adoption, and operational efficiencies.
Independently manage and deliver small to medium-sized AI and Copilot projects.
Mentor developers, consultants, and citizen makers on Copilot Studio and Agentic AI best practices.
Own solution architecture documentation, governance frameworks, and technical design artefacts.
Drive delivery quality and ensure adherence to organisational AI governance, security, and Responsible AI standards.
Define target-state architecture and transition strategies from current processes to AI-enabled operating models.
Lead technical workshops, capture requirements, and design scalable Copilot Agent solutions.
Support capability development by sharing knowledge and coaching team members.
Participate in pre-sales activities including demonstrations, solution envisioning, proposals, and effort estimation.
Assist in configuring and customising Copilot, Power Platform, and Azure AI solutions to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with data, security, and integration teams to define enterprise-grade AI solutions, governance controls, and operational support models.
Key Responsibilities
Proficient in Microsoft Copilot Studio.
Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 Copilot capabilities and extensibility.
Experience designing and developing Copilot Agents and conversational AI solutions.
Proficient in Power Platform development including:
Power Apps
Power Automate
Dataverse
Strong knowledge of Prompt Engineering and Generative AI concepts.
Experience integrating solutions using Microsoft Graph APIs.
Proficient in API integration and custom connector development.
Experience with Azure AI Services and Azure AI Foundry.
Understanding of enterprise knowledge management, search, and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts.
Experience implementing AI governance, security, compliance, and Responsible AI controls.
Experience monitoring, logging, and analysing AI solution performance.
Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, source control, and release management.
Experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 services.
Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving capabilities.

1. Proficient in developing canvas (power) apps solutions for various business needs
2. Strong knowledge of microsoft power platform including power apps, power automate, and power bi
3. Experience in designing and implementing custom connectors, workflows, and data integrations in canvas (power) apps
4. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions using canvas (power) apps
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in canvas (power) apps development projects
