1. Pharmacist
Key Responsibilities:
Dispense medicines accurately as per the dermatologist’s prescription.
Explain dosage, timing, duration, precautions, and storage of medicines to patients.
Check prescriptions for completeness and clarify any doubts with the doctor before dispensing.
Maintain proper records of medicines dispensed.
Monitor pharmacy stock, expiry dates, batch numbers, and storage conditions.
Maintain minimum and maximum stock levels and prepare purchase requirements.
Receive medicines and verify quantity, batch number, expiry date, and invoice.
Follow FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) for stock management.
Ensure proper storage of temperature-sensitive and other special medicines.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene of the pharmacy.
Coordinate with the clinic reception and doctor regarding patient prescriptions and medication availability.
Handle billing and pharmacy-related documentation where applicable.
Ensure compliance with applicable pharmacy and drug regulations.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
Preferred Qualifications
D.Pharm / B.Pharm from a recognized institution.
Valid registration with the appropriate State Pharmacy Council.
Previous experience in a dermatology/clinic pharmacy is preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.

2. Receptionist
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome patients warmly and professionally.
Manage patient registration and appointment scheduling.
Answer telephone calls, WhatsApp messages, and other patient enquiries.
Coordinate appointments, follow-ups, cancellations, and rescheduling.
Maintain accurate patient registration and appointment records.
Manage patient flow and coordinate with the doctor, pharmacy, and procedure room.
Explain clinic services, consultation timings, and basic administrative information to patients.
Handle billing, receipts, payments, and daily collection records as assigned.
Coordinate follow-up appointments and remind patients about scheduled visits.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information and medical records.
Keep the reception and waiting area neat, organized, and welcoming.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other clinic staff to maintain clinic standards.
Handle patient concerns politely and escalate clinical issues to the appropriate staff/doctor.
Maintain daily appointment and attendance reports.
Assist with basic administrative and documentation work.
Support clinic promotional activities and patient communication when required.
Preferred Qualifications
Graduate / Diploma in any relevant field.
Previous experience as a receptionist/front-office executive in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare setting preferred.
Good spoken English, Telugu, Hindi; additional languages are an advantage.
Good computer knowledge and typing skills.
Experience with clinic/hospital management software preferred.

3. Lab Technician
Key Responsibilities:
Collect blood and other clinical specimens as per doctor’s instructions and within scope of practice.
Perform authorized routine laboratory investigations according to clinic protocols.
Properly identify, label, handle, store, and transport specimens.
Follow standard procedures for sample collection and processing.
Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper functioning.
Perform quality control procedures as applicable.
Maintain laboratory registers, reports, and documentation.
Ensure proper infection-control and biomedical-waste management practices.
Maintain adequate stock of laboratory consumables, reagents, collection tubes, PPE, and other supplies.
Monitor expiry dates and storage conditions of laboratory materials.
Communicate abnormal or critical findings promptly to the doctor according to clinic protocol.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information and laboratory results.
Keep the laboratory clean, organized, and hygienic.
Coordinate with external diagnostic laboratories when samples need to be referred.
Assist the doctor during procedures or investigations when required and within the technician's scope of practice.
Preferred Qualifications
DMLT / B.Sc. MLT / equivalent recognized qualification, as applicable.
Appropriate registration/licensing where required.
Previous experience in a hospital, dermatology clinic, diagnostic laboratory, or healthcare setting preferred.
Knowledge of infection control, sample collection, and biomedical-waste management.
Good communication and documentation skills.
