ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated freshers to join our Telesales team at Escape Media, Mohali. This is a great opportunity for candidates who love talking to people, have a positive attitude, and are eager to kick-start their career in sales.
No prior experience? No problem. We will train you!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain our services
- Handle inbound inquiries and respond to client queries promptly
- Follow up on leads shared by the team and convert them into clients
- Maintain a daily call log and update lead status in the system
- Meet daily/weekly calling targets set by the team lead
- Build a positive rapport with clients over the phone
- Share daily report with the reporting manager

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
✅ Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience
✅ Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English
✅ Confident, energetic, and positive attitude
✅ Willingness to learn and take targets seriously
✅ Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets
✅ Resident of Chandigarh / Mohali / Panchkula preferred
✅ Immediate joiner

Pay: ₹8,816.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
