Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled GenAI / Agentic AI Solution Architect with 12–15 years of experience, including 2–5 years in AI architecture, design, and implementation. The candidate should have hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks, LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI solutions, and should be proficient in one or more cloud-based AI platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, or IBM Watson and HCL Propriety AIForce.Ops (AEX) Working knowledge of GenAI and Agentic AI frameworks is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Architect and design end-to-end GenAI and Agentic AI solutions for enterprise clients.
Provide technical leadership across solution design, integration, and deployment phases.
Collaborate with business and technology teams to translate requirements into AI-enabled solutions.
Leverage LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and multi-agent orchestration frameworks for scalable AI systems.
Ensure adherence to Responsible AI principles — fairness, transparency, accountability, and privacy.
Perform technical assessments, proof-of-concepts , and develop reference architectures for clients.
Optimize AI pipelines for performance, cost, and maintainability on cloud platforms.
Stay ahead of emerging AI frameworks and lead innovation initiatives within the organization.
Skill Requirements
AI Technical Expertise
Hands-on experience in designing and implementing GenAI / Agentic AI solutions.
Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG architectures, and multi-agent AI design patterns.
Proficiency in AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar.
Working knowledge of cloud AI platforms ( AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, IBM Watsonx).
Responsible AI
Knowledge of ethical AI frameworks, compliance standards, and AI governance models.
Ability to incorporate explainability, bias detection, and model monitoring in AI systems.
Education & Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Specialization in AI, ML, GenAI, or Agentic AI preferred. 12–15 years of experience, including 3–5 years in AI solutioning and architecture.
