Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and acquire new clients.
Develop business opportunities for staffing services.
Manage client relationships and handle regular interactions.
Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team.
Achieve monthly business development targets.
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in staffing/recruitment business development.
Experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and client management.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
