Job Summary
Sree Gokulam is looking for a dynamic and responsible Branch Incharge to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Pathanamthitta branch. The ideal candidate should have experience in branch administration, customer relationship management, accounts handling, and overall branch coordination. The role requires strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills to ensure smooth branch functioning and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise overall branch operations.
- Handle Customer Relationship Management (CRM) activities and ensure excellent customer service.
- Maintain branch accounts, records, and financial documentation accurately.
- Oversee administrative functions and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate daily branch activities and operational processes.
- Monitor staff performance and support team productivity.
- Ensure timely reporting and documentation as required by management.
- Address customer queries and resolve operational issues efficiently.
- Maintain branch discipline, cleanliness, and operational standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in branch operations, administration, accounts, or a similar role.
- Basic knowledge of accounting procedures and CRM practices.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and work independently.
