Role Overview
We are looking for a commercially driven Marketing Manager to lead the marketing function and support our ambitious growth across Saudi Arabia, the GCC, and other international markets. Reporting to the leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that strengthen brand visibility, generate qualified business opportunities, and contribute directly to revenue growth.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring expertise across digital marketing, event marketing, brand management, and demand generation. You will oversee the end-to-end marketing lifecycle—from strategy and budgeting to campaign execution, performance analysis, and continuous optimisation—while ensuring every initiative delivers measurable business impact and return on investment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the annual marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and regional expansion plans.
- Lead the overall marketing function, including planning, budgeting, execution, performance monitoring, and ROI measurement.
- Drive revenue growth by executing lead generation initiatives that support the sales pipeline across all service lines.
- Build and maintain a strong, consistent brand presence across all offices, channels, and customer touchpoints.
- Plan and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, LinkedIn marketing, paid advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Manage the company's participation in exhibitions, trade shows, seminars, conferences, and B2B networking events across Saudi Arabia and the GCC.
- Build relationships with media partners and external stakeholders to strengthen the company's visibility and reputation in the market.
- Collaborate with service heads and the Group Digital Marketing team to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with business priorities and service offerings.
- Track and analyse campaign performance, marketing KPIs, lead quality, and revenue contribution, using insights to optimise future initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.
- 4–5 years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience managing both digital and offline marketing initiatives, with strong knowledge of LinkedIn marketing, SEO, paid media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Experience organising and managing B2B events, exhibitions, and industry conferences.
- Experience working within GCC markets is an advantage.
- Background in professional services, consulting, or other B2B organisations is preferred.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to align marketing strategies to business growth and revenue objectives.
- Experience managing marketing budgets, campaign analytics, and ROI reporting.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic language skills will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
