We are looking for an energetic and responsible Lab Assistant/ Lab Technician - Education who can manage STEM lab materials, ensure products and kits are execution-ready, and support hands-on learning experiences for students.
This role involves handling lab setup, inventory, STEM kits, and supporting workshop execution while maintaining proper organization and smooth operations. If you enjoy practical work, science activities, and working in an active learning environment, this role offers strong learning and growth opportunities.
- Take care of completed STEM kits and products
- Check if all materials and parts are available before execution
- Coordinate with operations and production teams for missing materialss
- Test products and make sure everything fits and works correctly
- Find alternative materials if something is unavailable
- Make small changes or corrections in product setup when needed
- Maintain inventory and material records
- Support workshop and event teams during execution
- Collect feedback and help improve products continuously
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
