- Accurately capture customer data (pre-purchase, conversion, footfall data, etc.) and identify the prospective customers.

Connect with the assigned number of new/existing customers to invite them to the store events, campaigns, exhibitions, offers, etc.

Ensure that all guest inquiries and complaints about the products and services of the Company are dealt with in a friendly and professional manner.

Responsible for making entries of customers in the CRM software by collecting pre-purchase data, store footfall count, reasons for non-conversion.

Manage and follow up the database of wedding customers in order to close deals.

Maintain a high degree of telephone etiquette to enhance shop image and convert prospects to customers through effective telemarketing skills.
