Required Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical), Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: 15-20 years of experience in blinds & curtains manufacturing or related, with significant time in senior plant management roles.
Technical Skills: Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment maintenance, and quality standards (e.g., ISO).
Leadership: Proven ability to lead large, diverse teams, manage operational budgets, and handle crisis situations.
Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
