- Patient Assessment & Care: Conduct initial evaluations, record medical histories, and perform physical examinations for incoming OPD, IPD, and emergency patients. [
- Emergency Response: Triage and stabilize critical cases, perform CPR, and administer immediate first-line treatments.
- Consultant Coordination: Act as a liaison between patients and senior specialists, ensuring recommended treatment protocols are followed.
- Medical Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient files, progress notes, and draft discharge summaries.
- Ward Rounds: Monitor in-patient progress, adjust treatments under guidance, and coordinate care with nursing staff.
- Education: MBBS degee from a recognized institution.
- Licensure: Valid registration with the relevant state medical council (e.g., National Medical Commission or state-specific councils like TNMC).
- Experience: 0-2 years of clinical experience, including hands-on rotating internships
- Emergency Response: Proficiency in handling trauma, acute illnesses, and critical care stabilization.
- Clinical Decision-Making: Ability to evaluate symptoms, make quick diagnostic decisions, and manage high-pressure situations.
- Communication: Clear, empathetic communication with patients, families, and healthcare staff.
- Multitasking: Willingness to work flexible, rotational shift hours (including nights and weekends)
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
